About A.U. Mustapha
Mr. A.U. Mustapha, SAN, is a distinguished legal practitioner over three decades post-call.
He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 1988 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. Mr. Mustapha, SAN has attended many reputable international institutions such as Harvard Business School, Manchester Business School, Manchester, UK, Suffolk Law School Boston, USA for his LLM Degree, and Business School Netherlands, The Hague, Netherlands, where he bagged an MBA Degree. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School, where he attended the Owner Management Program (OMP).
He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA), International Bar Association (IBA), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI). Mr. A.U. Mustapha, SAN, was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2016. As a result of his drive, A.U. Mustapha, SAN has been appointed to serve in several corporate institutions and associations in the following capacity: Chairman, Airmec Renewable Energy Limited; Chairman, IDC Consult Nigeria Limited; Chairman, E-Tech Complete Solutions Limited. Director, Trustbanc Group. Director, Harlequin Aviation Ltd. Former Vice Chairman, National Appeals Committee, National Sports Commission.
Former Chairman, Electoral Committee, Nigeria Football Federation; President, The Bridge Club. Pioneer President, Business School Netherlands Nigeria Alumni. Past Chairman, Audit Committee Inland Bank Nigeria Plc (later First Inland Bank Plc). Past Member, Legal Committee of the National Council on Privatization. Former Council Member, National Open University of Nigeria and Past President of the Confederation of African Football( CAF) Board of Appeal, the only Nigerian who has occupied the exalted position. Currently the Chairman, Kwara State Education Trust Fund. He is married with children.
